The best way to purchase my work is through my website (congrats, you are here). I do not have a set schedule, but when a shop update is approaching, I will generally start posting about it a month out. The goal is to update every month or so, but ceramics is a slow process. I am a one-man operation; generally check the Instagram or feel free to message me on there or through my email jake@dogstoothshop.com

Handwashing is generally recommended to extend the life of your pot. However, each piece is crafted to be both dishwasher and microwave safe. Please also avoid putting your ceramics in a freezer or hot oven as temperature shock can cause cracking.

All pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe unless directly stated otherwise. This information will be under the product info for each piece.

Your piece will be shipped up to 5 business days after purchase. It will be shipped via USPS.

If you are local to Columbus and would like to pick up your order, you can use the code FREELOCALPICKUP at check out to waive shipping fees. After your order is placed, I will follow up via email with pick-up instructions within 3-5 business days.

For seconds and sample pieces, all sales are final; I do not offer a return.
However, for regular pieces, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, I will gladly issue a refund in the form of store credit upon the return of your item/s. Customers are responsible for insuring returns are shipped back — including the shipping costs of the return. Once the item is received, I will issue store credit for the full amount of your purchase, minus the original shipping costs.
I can not issue a refund or store credit until: an item is back in the studio, inspected, in its original condition, and undamaged. I am not responsible for lost packages or packages that are mistakenly marked as delivered by carriers. To initiate a return for store credit, please email jake@dogstoothshop.com
